“It is an amazing adventure to be born upon this wandering island in the sky and it is an adventure to leave it when death calls. To go to school, to make friends, to marry, to rear children, to face through life the swift changes of circumstances that no man can certainly predict an hour ahead.” -- Roy Emerson

Pretty cool song. It is very philosophical and deep, especially when he says, "They say the captain
Goes down with the ship
So, when the world ends
Will God go down with it?"
Interesting question. I liked the piano. I could learn to love this guy. His voice isn't the best (but either is Greg's from Bad Religion). Thanks for the post.
Cool song.
I really like this band, and it's Amanda's favorite. The singer actually has really impressive vocals but for whatever reason his vocals on this song aren't the greatest. The surprising thing is that when we saw them live the vocals live were better than on the album when it's usually the other way around.
Thanks for the feedback though, and I will admit that I'm surprised that TJ liked it, he usually hates on the "pop-punk."
Oh, and Amanda and I are going to see this band and Blink-182 playing together in September, we're pretty excited.
Chris, you should learn to love this guy, they're a great band.
Oh, and this video and song are a tribute to their career so there are elements of other music videos and chorus lyrics in the background at the end of the song from other songs.
